Holy Minecraft!

So the planning has begun - we have a house full of obsessed Minecrafters! I whipped up this plate, thinking I'd surprise the birthday boy with cake on it, the day of his party. He saw it 3 weeks early and went BONKERS. Now I'm using it to my advantage...veggies look better as creepers!

Inspiration from the garden

Inspiration can pop up anywhere. While traveling, I find my mind is open to seeing pattern, color & design all around me. On our recent trip to Naples, Florida, I couldn't stop snapping photos at Driftwood Garden Center. If you're in the area, stop by - you're sure to be inspired!

We've been big fans of the Royal fam for ages. From Diana & Charles' wedding to Kate & Will's, we've followed along, moment by moment via tv. Once the newest royal arrived, we designed La Plates fit for a prince!

Rested & Revived!

Sometimes you need to step away from it all to feel completely energized - that what Spring Break 2014 did for me! It's been a long winter for all. Taking time to travel to the warm beaches of good old Florida was all it took. Naples, Marco Island, Captiva & Sanibel Islands are the places we called home for a few fun-filled, family days. Can't wait to plan for 2015!
